This is a 5 star hotel maybe not quite 5 stars compared to some others but nonetheless it was very lovely. Rooms were well appointed and cleaned everyday. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was also very nice. Waling distance to most shops and the subway was just up the road. -

everything: the friendly owner (thank you again, Maria!), the location, the apartment including the kitchen, the nearby supermarket, the mountain view, the indeed very good internet connection. Moreover, returning from a trip to the Easter Island we used the washing machine and dryer in the 22nd floor and felt like home (even better: one can use it until11pm!). For the airport one can take the taxi in front of the building for a lower price than the shuttle for 2 persons! (13000 CLP). I cannot

It was across the road from the airport! It took 2 minutes to get there.
A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy
check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes.
Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you

Everything was great... best accommodation of our whole 8 week holiday. Very helpful fluent English speaking staff. Our apartment on the 21st floor had an amazing view over Santa Lucia Park and the city and Andes, everything was just exactly how it was advertised and better. Great central location to everything, roof top pool, spotlessly clean. Recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is comfortable, well-located (bus, subway, shops, restaurants, city bus tours, parks/open spaces). Our 2nd floor room faced a side street and was quiet, and it and bathroom was adequate in size. Breakfasts (included) were good (variety/quality of food). Staff were helpful. Safe provided.
