The personnel was extremely helpful and friendly! The apartment is very spacious with lots of light and spotless! The shower is excellent with lots of pressure! Overall all the facilities were more than enough! Mattresses make your sleep wonderfull. I also liked the fact that there is clarity that the breakfast is not included on the price but if you wish to have it there is a buffet at a reasonable price! If I ever return to Punta Arenas, I will definitely stay in Apart hotel QUILLANGO! Highly.
wszystkie opinie » I stayed at Quillango twice because it has a very good location (only a few minutes by foot to Buses Fernandes for Puerto Natales), the owner & staff are very keen on making your stay as pleasant as possible and the rooms are bright, new and comfortable. They are well equipped in case you want to prepare some food for yourself. Ordering taxis through the reception (to the ferry dock, to the airport) always worked perfectly well. And the price for this is very fair. Very friendly and helpful staff in whatever you need organised. The apartments are modern and very well equipped (kitchenette, tv, wifi, etc) in a safe neighborhood. In a 5-10 min walk, you're in the center of this cozy city, but supermarkets, a fine bakery and one of the bus terminals are just around the corner. I stayed for several days and highly recommend this place. The appartments are very clean and well equipped, with fully functional kitchen. The location is also nice, not too far from main square (walking distance). On top of all that there is very friendly and helpfull staff willing to provide help beyond anything you could normally expect in big hotels. Fantastic place! The connection to the internet was not very good but this is not the fault of the hotel and they even give you a small laptop to use if you need it at no charge!. nothing.
