Amazing place which will leave you speechless. Super well organized with all the stuff you need. Computer rooms, large screen tv room, wifi, books, several maps and tips to go around. Great showers, all very clean and relaxing as there are some rules about to prevent late night noise. Staff is super friendly and you can see that they take the word service to a next level. The whole layout of the hostal was particularly appealing with most rooms overlooking the inner garden area. Smallish rooms but extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent support and advice from owner (eg arranging car hire) and staff. Delightful, copious breakfast.

The people here were very helpful and tried so hard to help us understand a mix of Spanish and English. Also organised us a tour to Lauca which was stunning. Highly recommended!. Very nice place with an inner courtyard. Just a short walking distance from the main shopping street and beach. The stuff was super friendly and helpful and let me check in early in the morning arriving with the night bus. Excellent service, clean comfortable rooms with reliable hot water. I got in at 6 am and the room was already ready for me. The staff were so friendly I felt like a relative staying over - will be back again!. This hostel had all the services we needed and more. It was very clean the staff were helpful and it was in easy walking distance to the main plaza, walking streets, etc. We would highly recommend it. very friendly and helpful owners and also staff, nice central courtyard area for sitting and relaxing, close to the centre of Arica, fast wifi. We had a downstairs room on our second stay but it was probably because we had to leave very early the next morning (the hostal policy was very much quite after 11pm - and it was). Breakfast was basic - although really not too fussed. small rooms but ok, sometimes no water without notice, no own parking space. Very thin walls so awake early in the morning as a kid next door was crying. A bit sad that you need to pay for using the gas in the kitchen... Nada. Problems with the hot water (but the cold water wasn't that cold, so it wasn't that big a problem). A bit on the expensive side, but still a good value. very small room and a little cold in winter. Very noisy! You can't hear the road, but the people which are talking outside, ore the ones who listen TV next to your door, you can hear everything. Room a little too small in my opinion (and hopefully I did book a double just for myself). not allowed to completely use the yard after 11 pm. Rooms are very small and dark:. -The rooms are not as big as in the description of the hotel. -The breakfast could be a bit better.
