  It was an amazing place. We enjoyed very much our two nights in "Princesa Insolente Hostel". Staffs were very friendly (thanks Randall) and helpful. Everything was clean a tidy. It is quite well located in the bohemian area of Santiago, Barrio Brasil, very close to the downtown. However the service is "hotel like", and is very quiet and comfortable. Great mix! - Great place to stay. Beautiful room (we had a private room with private bathroom which was down the hall).   Location, donwtonw but silent. Tha apartment is nice and funcional, we could prepare our baby meals and a Supermarket is just across the street. The BMB staff was great (Oscar especially). We really recomend the place and certainly will be back soon.

It's eighty us a night in a secure building in Santiago, or at least it was when I was there. They accommodated our needs and were so gracious and kind. The location downtown was perfect for seeing all the historical sites as well as being close to restaurants and shopping.

Efficient, friendly and helpful check- - Having Santiago be my first port of call in South America as a stopover, and as a solo female traveller, I was praying it was safe, easy to get to from the airport and the staff spoke reasonable English (for my Spanish is poor). I was delighted to find ChileApart was all of the above. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very stylish and although small, had everything you could possibly need. Thanks ChileApart for making my first impression of South America a great one!
