  Typical standard for IBIS hotel: the room are not spacious though quite and clean. The breakfast service is quite good. The location of hotel is perfect: excellent transport from/to airport as well to the Pacific coast (using Tour Bus company), close to city center and metro station.   We loved this hotel! It is located in the safe area of Providencia. The metro station is right outside the hotel and easy to use, with the city centre beng only a few stops away. A great place to stay in Santiago.
