  Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!

  Our stay was very pleasant. The guys in the office spoke English very well and were very helpful in giving us a map and helping us plan some of the sites close by. It was very conveniently located to the subway and a lot of fun shopping. It was within walking distance to lots of sites. We were very comfortable staying here and felt very safe. - Location was great and close to subway and buses. Able to walk to nearby sightseeing venues and Hop ON- Hop Off buses. Kitchen was fully supplied except for paper towels. We bought fruit from street vendors for breakfast and snacks--mangos were outstanding. Office manager Javier spoke excellent English and was helpful. Very reasonable.
