living amongst kmher in residential area, quiet, charming owner. great atmosphere, very friendly owner. We weren't able to find that out. Unfortunately when we turned up the owner wasn't there and we were told he had gone to Phnom Penh and wasn't coming back for a few days! If he had to rush off somewhere he should have left a note out of courtesy. We end ended up having to find somewhere else and the only place available within out budget had no window, smelled bad and was very noisy, needless to say this entire experience ruined out stay in Kep.
