The hotel is pretty good located, very close to the see and at the end of series of the hotels - therefore you do not have the impression to be in overcrowded space. There is a nice resaurant and few supermarkets close tot the hotel (my favourite is Zora even if it's not the closest).

We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. It is not a big apartment building, so it was quiet in the night and you could have a good sleep. Food and beer is cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Comfortable and spacious one-bedroom apartment with great balcony. It's a 15 minute walk from the beach, but we didn't mind because there is a big swimming pool. Quiet for sleeping at night. Free wi-fi and parking. Great hotel for family vacation. We loved it!

- We checked out for a week earlier before end of booking period and we got all refund for the period. We noticed about about departure quite late just o few days before.

I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

D - Clean and comfortable appartments. Lovely complex with 2 pools and a supermarket, close to the beach. TSB staff - Sveltana is deffenetely an asset to the company. The Hotel is new and clean, the pictures on the website comply with reality.
The food was fresh and tasty.
The beach is very close if to use the short road approximately 4-5 minutes walking.
Overall we are satisfied with our stay at Karlovo Hotel and will definitely reccomend it.
