An amazing opulent & luxury hotel in a fantastic location, with superby facilities, helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean throughout, sumptious rooms and exceptional value for money. We arrived couple minutes after 10 pm, and still were served our half board. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the service made sure we are given enough attention to fill welcomed. We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.

Apartment House Bulgaria suits our needs very well, easy to reach by car, but good access to the centre of the city via the tram (even with a pram) so no need to stress about driving and parking in the centre.   We stayed at this hotel for one night only. Hospitality is a good word to describe it. The personal is very polite and helpful. It is very good for transit because it is located on the Sofia's south ring, closer to the motorway. It was very easy to find the hotel with a GPS but using the coordinates not the address.
