We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio

We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up. I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.
We had a problem with the terrace door it didn't close properly so the first day was a bit cold, but a

Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it! -

the room and the spa center - The nice view to the mountain from my balcony was amazing. Also the breakfast was big and staff are very polite. I definitely recommend this hotel: it is not expensive and the rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished.

This is a great place and excellent value for money. Our apartment was spacious and light with well equipped kitchen that come handy as we did not feel like eating out. SPA facilities are excellent, large swimming pool and relaxing Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I particularly liked the lobby with the roaring fire place really welcoming and cosy.

This hotel is Excellent and I would give it full 10 marks. Unlike other
places we stayed in, with this hotel you get what you see on the
pictures and description. We stayed in a studio apartment which was
specious, with modern furniture, clean and warm. The bed was very
comfortable. The facilities in the hotel are also very good and
importantly they were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool,
Jacuzzi and steam room. The service is also first–rate and we found the
staff extremely helpful.
