  In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

  The superior studio where I stayed w/ kids 10 and 15 yrs old, and my two parents were excellent...The furniture, the beds, the kitchen..the heating in the studio.. Everyth was perfect.The hotel itself is completely new and it needs some "tunning" regarding the spa..which is consisted of small sauna..for now...Never the less..the place is great ...... co mówią ludzie » The village Banya with the mineral springs is only 2km away as well as the Bansko city where is the ski gondola that brings you to the ski slopes and - Staff are very friendly
