The room was very clean and tidy. I was in a room that had an excellent view and had a balcony overlooking some of the town and mountains in the background. The best part of the hotel is probably the service. The hotel owner Milko is very helpful and friendly. He showed us where the best places to go are and was more than happy to help us with any problems that we had. You can be sure that you will be well looked after if you choose this hotel. The hotel is located near the main street in Bansk.
