- Good location in Jardins close to Trianon station
- It's safe so you can walk in the streets in the evening. Although we need to say we haven't been close to the park nearby at night which might probably have been a bit critical.

The location is great. Safe and pleasant neighborhood just a couple of blocks from Paulista. The staff was so accommodating. Especially the housekeeping staff who must know the rooms will never be really clean!! Maintenance was also extremely helpful with a less than efficient toilet. The newly remodeled rooms are something...queen size beds typical of what you find in the US.
This hotel is really 4 stars. -
- Great location right off Av. Paulista on the right side, in Jardins with many great restaurants at a (safe) walking distance.
- Great view from our 22nd floor room
- Very clean room; seemed like extensive cleaning was done daily
- Good variety of options at breakfast + great view from the restaurant (28th floor)
- It was no problem at all to check out later (3.30pm)

Reception stuff was wonderful and helpful. They were speaking fluent English. Thanks to Felipe, Fabio and Kaique. Rooms were so clean, shower was amazing. Every morning i got up early and took shower. Breakfast was awesome.1 hour is not enough for this amazing breakfast.. 10 points goes to Royal Jardins Boutique Hotel from Turkey..

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using the metro or the buses. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there. Good place to stay. -

The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use. The staff is friendly and accomodating. -
