The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged everything from airport transfer to recommending which restaurants to try. Much appreciated. Lovely location with adequate facilities and close to many restaurants and shopping.

The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use. The staff is friendly and accomodating. -

We have stayed at L'hotel several times. It is a friendly place to return to - also very clean and posh. I had requested a room with a modern toilet, they gave us one with a balcony which was almost a mini-garden! -

Wonderful bed and linen. Welcoming and professional staff. As it was my birthday, they sent some fruit and chocolate to the room. Completely silent ar conditioner. Next to wonderful restaurants and malls. Breakfast was excellent but busy. -
