  I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. - nice buffet breakfast fridge and microwave close to diners 3 blocks from metro

  Very surprised by the size of the room, which really was a complete apartment. Close to Paulista Avenue, and Metro stations.
