  The welcome at the front desk and the contact with all of the staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and provided suggestions as to the museums we should visit. Don't miss the "National History Museum". The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and very welcoming. Room was bigger than I expected. I suggest using the fan while c - A well-equipped hotel in good location (close to beach and to Metro). Spacious room with sleeping and living area separated by a sliding door. Very good (though somewhat noisy) air condition, kitchenette, balcony, ... all you need, and very clean and quiet (except a/c). Good breakfast. Friendly staff, but not all of them understand English.

  The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff. - good location, clean, tidy and comfortable for the price, helpful staff

  Excellent value; the presidential suite was really nice. I loved the stylish, fairly modern but comfortable style of decoration. The bathroom with jacuzzi/sauna was top-notch and the bedroom was perfect.

  Our stay at the Ipanema Plaza was excellent. When we arrived tired (without luggage, lost by the airline) we were offered a room already at 0600 although we hadn't expected to check-in until 1400. Staff at reception was efficient and spoke good english, cleaning was very good and the breakfast was delicious.   The Staff was very helpfull and very friendly. The location is great and the room very spacious . I would stay again withouy a second though .
