It had a pleasant stay at Araxá. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, nice little pool and a great breakfast to start of the day. The hotel is right next to the beach in a not so busy street of Jericoacoara. Would hesitate to recommend to any friends going to Jeri. -

Lovely pousada! The owner(s) were kind and helpful (English, French,
Portuguese spoken): they provided us info and tips before and during our
stay. The room was extremely clean and the pousada is perfectly located
in a secondary road: close access to restaurants and bars, while
assuring a quiet sleep!!

The owner and staff really make this place special. You feel more like you are staying with friends, than checking into a hotel. If you love animals, you'll especially appreciate this place. It's far enough away from the center of town to avoid the party noise, yet you have easy access to anything you need.
