  wonderful stay - we really enjoyed the heated pool with the pool bar, the excellent breakfast and dinner as well as the beautiful hotal architecture and the beach, which we had almost on our own. - Nice included breakfast buffet. Smallish room but loved the hammock on the porch and the stone walled bathroom.

  Everything was great. The staff spoke english and portuguese fluently, and was able to help with every request. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The lounge chairs on the beach were amazing, the drinks were delicious, and the Troia restaurant was fabulous and fairly priced!   The high rating is deserved We stayed for 2 nights and could find no fault at all. The pousada is located close to a pretty beach, very easy to find. As I say, there is nothing at all to fault in the offering but there were some things to note which were exceptional and truly exceeded expectations.
