  We had bothered a total of 4 different people on the staff with questions about the local and they all went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and unique, the location was perfect and the breakfast was timely, original for an american and yet had the staples we would like - Staff have excellent English and were very accommodating. Can't re... co mówią ludzie » commend this pousada enough due to the helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were very nice with a great bathroom and shower in particular. One of the best pousada's we stayed in in Brazil.

  All staff in this hotel are extremely kind and helpful. They will findyou the way to get to the waterfall and other sightseeing spots.   The front desk service was great, especially the girl that was there during the day (forgot her name, sorry!) -- she spoke terrific English, was very patient with our questions, and helped us book a good deal for our travels to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. The locations ... co mówią ludzie » is a bit of a walk from town, but is conveniently located right next to the bus stop for the bus that takes you to the airport & the Brazilian sid - Staff were fantastic, spoke brilliant English and arranged numerous tours and taxi's for us. Really helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable. Walking to Downtown takes about 10 minutes. A laundrette is about 4 mind walk. Staff offered lots of helpful advice. We extended our stay by two nights after the first night, staff advised they could not charge us the same rate for those nights at reception and advised we just book again on letsbookhotel.com which was fine by us. You can have a good time with friends there. Great location near bus station, restaurants and a big supermarket. Safe neighbourhood.
