The facility is quaint and quite beautiful. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We were looking for a quiet getaway and Greenbank fit the bill to a tee. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful, especially the owners, Cindy and David Ashton. There is a fully equipped kitchen so one can have breakfast or whatever on premisis. We would go back there in a heartbeat. We liked that the Greenbank is located just a few steps from the Ferry stop. wszystkie opinie »
The Greenbank was truly "old Bermuda class!" The rooms were right on the water with a nice grassy lawn. The access to the ferry to Hamilton was only a minute away. Very nice staff and a family-owned place.
Beautiful location. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very convenient for the ferry to town. Spacious with a well-fitted kitchen and good cupboard space. Very good terrace for sitting out.
close to ferry stop
wonderful, friendly, helpful staff
relaxing, calm atmosphere
extremely clean
the dock is awesome- you can jump right into the water!
amazing view.
great views, friendly staff, close to transportation, our second visit and hopefully not our last.

The black cat was friendly too.
Friendly and accommodating hosts.
Not much. The water pressure in the shower was low but that could be a fact of life on an island without many sources of fresh water. The guesthouse is located across the harbor from Hamilton so guests are pretty much dependent on the ferry. Unfortunately that stops running at 8:00 on weekdays and 6:00 on Sunday. The bus is a bit of a walk, one that I would only try during daylignt.
Nothing.
Nothing I really disliked. Compared to accommodation elsewhere it seemed expensive but I think in the Bermuda context it`s probably not bad. A TV would have been nice but maybe not feasible.
coffee and tea should be available in the kitchen.
please have bottled water available to purchase.
There is not anyone in the office until 9AM. You have to choose between an early start and speaking with management.
A little remote -- not near a market.
A little secluded and difficult to move around after sunset.
