  Where to start? The owners are delightful and nothing is too much trouble.they work 365 days a year and manage to deliver such warm and genuine hospitality - even with the more "difficult" guest as we witnessed! Our bedroom was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bed delightful to sleep in. The shower was the best we had experienced in eight nights of - Nice old building, smartly renovated; absolutely clean rooms; extremely nice and helpful staff; delicious breakfast; superb location; private parking lot; the heating was on - it was May but a cold night (!).

  We arrived to a very warm welcome from Ann who provided us with a local aperitif and information about the area. Our first impressions were that it was an extremely well presented B&B and not what we were expecting to find in the countryside outside of Iper.
