Very helpful, very friendly the room was large and clean
the location was excellent for walking/shopping/exploring further afield and only a short drive to the port of Dunkirk.
The architecture is fabulous and is a privilege to see and stay in this beautiful building.
We would not hesitate to use this accommodation again. -

We needed to leave early, so the woman (owner?) made breakfast an hour earlier than the usual time for us. It was all very nice - comfortable and lovely. - Very good location,very clean room and spacious.the staff is veryfriendly and helpful,the food is good.It is much valued for the money.

Absolutely everything! Our rooms were very spacious, clean and actually looked like the pictures on the website! The manager took a keen interest on ensuring that any questions were answered and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brugge. Pleasently surprised with how great this place was. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were recently renovated. The rooms could use a bit of a reno but otherwise they had everything one needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomdating, loved that it was family run. Food was great in the morning as well. -

Extremely efficient - we arrived late on a Sunday and everything was laid out at reception ready for us - just pick up the key and go to the room!!!! Marvellous. The Hotel is right in the middle of the tourist area, just puuuurrrfect. Be concious that this is not a 5 star hotel, it is quite basic but has everything needed for a comfortable stay. -
