  The hotel is an attractive, nicely restored mansion that is close to train station ( walk in 15 minutes) and the tram or bus to get to the old city is only a block away. Take tram 4 from the train station if you do not want to walk to the hotel. Get off at the 3rd stop then walk one block. The hotel is situated in a large mansion which used to be a number of things in the past and is nicely transformed into a (mere) fifteen room accommodation. The king- sizey bed was excellent and the bathroom was nice. We also had a great time in the City of Ghent, which we had a nice walk to (about 20-30 minutes) and returned from by tram. The excellent food and service gives us a good feel to the start of our holiday. - Warm welcome and very comfortable room. We were only a one stop over on route from Germany to Calais.   I am Belgian and I know this hotel. The transport firm I worked for had their 20th party there, so I have stayed here before. The attention to detail hasn't altered. It is truly a good hotel. - Everything. I have stayed at the Beveren literally hundreds of times (although not much recently) - it is my preferred choice when working in Sint-Niklaas
