  The staff was very friendly. They brought us tea and made us a nice meal for our room without prior notice. Our room had a comfortable sitting area with sofas downstairs and upstairs a super water bed and the bathroom. The breakfast consisted of quality meats and cheese with a variety of breads and yogurt. Quite difficult to find hotel parking due to one way systems and pedestrian streets but hotel staff were brilliant with directions. - The location in the town centre.   This B&B is the best place we've stayed in Europe! The rooms are large, airy, super clean, with an up-to-date high end decor. The host/owner is one of the busiest, most pleasant, and accommodating hosts we've met. Brussels, Ghent, and Burges are easy drives. Stayed with my wife and young son and we used the B&B as a travel jump point into Brussels, Gent and several other destinations with no regrets whatsoever. If you want a supremely massive room with Spa, ask for the top floor family room, although the normal room we stayed in was 100% perfect!
