It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. - Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia, Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet.
