We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.
Both negative comments I consider sort of trade-off for stylish equipment, which is really unique.

Beautiful rooms, very lovely friendly staff. Service was excellent, they could not do enough for you! We were even able to check in at 10am from an early flight; we were expecting to store our bags and traverse the city for the day!! The location was very good right at the city center, however, the best part was the cleanliness, the comfortability, the apartment design, and the general details that made us to feel like home. Excellent apartment, definitely I recommended as the best ever place to stay for leisure and business. Excellent!!!!!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and
comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small
space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out

I travel quite a bit and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Very helpful staff, good breakfast, central and easily accessible location. but most of all... the design. The hotel is just beautiful! I have to express great appreciation for th concept and execution of the interior design. A lot of thought has been applied and the materials used are top quality, making it staying at this hotel an experience in itself.
