It has a very nice family business feel with the comfort of a big hotel. Staff is very friendly while also being non-intrusive. The fact that they bring breakfast to your room is also a nice touch. We were not bothered at all by tourists in the street being loud or anything, as some people reported, and we had a first floor room.
