  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   Personel na Front Office I Housekeeping miły I uprzejmy! - The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/ch... co mówią ludzie » eese. There were not many facilities, but there were computers to use free of charge. - The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

I completely disagree. It is a pleasantten minute stroll through the botanical gardens to town - we had rooms at special offer of Eur80/night with b/f. Excellent value for money for 4* hotel. Rooms were spacious with nice modern fittings. Toilets were rather small and less modern - but more than ok too. Breakfast spread was excellent. Free internet and use of computers at lobby additional bonus. Wld recommend this hotel anytime!
