The location is outside the city center but it is on the train line so not difficult to get into town to spend the day sightseeing.   We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus.
