First of all, the position. Situated on the Chaussée de Waterloo in front of the gorgeous Bois De La Cambre, it is a beautiful place, with a large garden on the back of the building. The premises are large and well-furnished, with independent toilet and shower, and extremely clean. The place is decorated with taste, and the owner is a real gentleman. Shortly, a place where I will return. I chose this accommodation mainly for its location near the Université Libre de Bruxelles. As an extra bonus, it turned out to be well-located near a park, public transportation, and two restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by the owner himself--he was very helpful and friendly, without impinging on one's privacy. This made my trip to Brussels a pleasant experience.
