I arrived early, tired and extremely jet lagged and even though my room wasn't ready they happily moved me to another one so that I could check in and take a nap.   The location was great, very close to the station. It was generally clean and tidy and the rooms were large enough. I arranged a group booking for 15 and they accommodated us all with no fuss.
