hotel staff. The owner of the hotel, who is at the same time the personal is very pleasent man, he tries to make the time you pass in the hotel most convinient. The rooms in hotel are small, but comfortable, there is no Internet or WiFi, but there is TV and as I remember video. In each room there is washstand, but the toilet is one for about 4 rooms. Very friendly staff who take a personal interest in their customers. Great service. Recepcionist.Professionalism of the staff. friendly staff. The kindness and flexibility of the staff, and the nearness of the Schönbrunn Castle. friendliness of the staff. Brekfast. cheap. No bathroom in room. no toilet and shower in room (but really it's OK for this money). Common shower cabin was tiny.The shared bathroom. And the Linzer street is a bit noisy. no lift. Better bring your own rolls for breakfast... The WC on the floor was not clean. dirty rooms, no AC, poor location, poor service, poor facilities. No refound awailable.
