  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels. Rooms, reception, breakfast area, were expectionally clean and fresh, with plently of fresh flowers everywhere. - All of the staffs at Hotel Sacher Salzburg were friendly andprofessional and exceptionally well trained. Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. It is not too much nor too little.It is amazing to know that we were taken care in every little way andstill feel it when we think back.
