The hotel was central, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, with a hot choice cooked to order. - This was one of the best hotels we stayed in and would recomend it to anyone going to that area everything was top class no faults at all very well done

Excellent service at the hotel made it a pleasant stay. Wolfgang even went out of his way to help us book tickets to the railway train & gave us recommendations on where to go on rainy days, which was much needed with a 2.5 yr old toddler in tow.
Our room was very clean, cosy, modern and well-equipped.
There was a good selection at that buffet breakfast as well as a big collection of toys in the children's corner which kept our toddler very happy.

Everything was excellent !!! Good location at the crossing of Rainerstraße and B154; easy to reach from the Mondsee Straße (B 154) . Close to the city center and to the beach (walking distance). The hotel's parking can accommodate all the guests' cars (there is also a second parking that belongs to the restaurant run by the same family). The breakfast was OK both in quality and variety. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hint: ask for a room in the ground flour, then wi-fi will be available in the room too.

Friendly staff who spoke English fairly well, a clean room with a partial view of the water and town (and the next building) and a great restaurant downstairs. They also offer (included in room) a good breakfast of cheeses, breads yogurt and cereal, etc.

The entire staff were super friendly - from the reception, the restaurant waiters, to the room keepers. We even had the lucky chance to meet the owner while he was playing the piano in the hotel den, and he was also super friendly. He even graciously invited us to his rehearsal.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and couldn't have been more pleased. I stayed in a surprisingly large "single" room, with a "sideview" of the lake. The room was pleasant and supplied with all amenities, and I particularly enjoyed having a comfortable spot for my netbook; Their wifi connection was excellent. The dining room and terraces and other lounge areas were lovely and relaxing, and I was fortunate enough to have unseasonably warm weather and loved sitting outdoors enjoying the view. Bre
