The stuff was very kind and cheerful. The breakfast area was nicely designed and the food they served was diversified and in good quality. The rooms were spacious comfortable; the rooms in the old building has a historical atmosphere while the rooms in the newer building has a contemporary color presumably co-ordinated elaborately. -

... co mówią ludzie » a double room, well appointed, clean and comfortable (Zimmer 3), which was better we thought, than the room we had previously in the "older" part of the hotel, although smaller. Good breakfast and good evening menu in the spacious and popular restaurants. Great location for Mondsee.

I asked to switch rooms after I was assigned to the one next to the
elevator and that was no problem although the hotel was almost fully
booked. One very friendly and competent waiter

The owner/manager was very welcoming and spoke English. Very
accommodating and helpful. The decor was charming (the owner's wife
has excellent taste!). The beer garden was extremely pleasant to sit in
with a drink or to have a meal. The menu even had some vegetarian
options which can be hard to find in Austria. Quiet and peaceful. Easy

Superb staff made you feel part of the family upon arrival - led by the owner himself! Effortless check-in and check-out, beautifully appointed rooms and outstanding food - great young chef - and overall service! Parking was exceptionally convenient and breakfast was fine.

This is a fabulous place to stay. We received a warm welcome, the modern swimming pool/guest relaxation area is superb, the evening meal was enjoyed on the terrace and it was greatly appreciated having fluffy, new towels. The rooms are of a classic design but comfortable and we even had a balcony to relax on. -
