  The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out. The two young ladies in the little restaraunt by the bar were just great. The little blond girl at the front desk was fabulous. So helpful. Loved the locker set up. We would - The staff was amazing. The night front desk employee ( a gentleman) went above and beyond. The day time front desk ( a woman ) was so friendly and took time to call for information. Food was delicious.

  The hotel was very comfortable and one of the cleanest hotels I ve stayed in. The facilitlies were in good order and the staff were friendly and full of character, you will soon get to know the staff as they make you feel very welcome. The food was good and plentiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful.The shuttle bus service to and from the town was excellent and saved us having to carry our ski gear.

  The apartment is new and have many helpful facilities (drying room, lockers in the lobby), spacious rooms and bathroom. The children enjoyed the snooker and ping-pong in the basement; swimming pool is nice (in spite is is several minutes of walk to it); small gifts like sweets for children and plate with fruits were very nice.

  We arrived late in the night (2am) and the landlord arranged that we could enter. Hotel has excellent typical Austrian decoration and everything was very new. Very nice hotel and fine cuisine. Spa facilities are a nice surplus! - Good food on half board, friendly helpful staff, large room, quiet atmosphere, good bus links with rest of Zillertal.

  I spent 7nights in the 2 room apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the station and about 5 mins through town to the cross country ski area. The ski bus is about 1 min from the hotel. Whilst there I had dinner 3 times and the food was great. Breakfast was the usual cereals, fruits, yoghurt, brea... co mówią ludzie » ds, cold cuts and cheese. There is also an English style breakfast available with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. One of the chefs will also cook - visited the hotel with my wife and baby twins and we enjoyed every moment there! The room was large, clean and renovated. The staff was extremely helpful and got us two baby beds and two baby chairs for dinner and breakfast. The wellness center is great and looks completely new. The location is very central so we did not have to move the car even once during our stay. Overall, it's a great hotel and great value for money. We will definitely come back soon!
