Location, access to cable cars and bus. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Relaxed atmosphere. We booked half board but were not charged for evening meals not taken. Clean and well kept. Good bikes available

Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00).
Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped.

Excelent hotel!!! Nice atmosphere! Spacious well equipped rooms with huge balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

discounted lift pass for us - beyond the call of duty! My wife loved the
pool and spa area, the room was nice well kept, breakfast was good, and
the location was perfect - just a couple of minutes walk to the ski
lockers/lifts, and restaurants. -

We stayed here for 6 nights on recommendation of fellow bikers and found the hotel lived up to its reputation. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, rooms excellent & parking for the 'wing' was second to none. The mountain passes were fantastic, Charleys tour guide recommendations were very useful. -

Staff was great, except the guy who told us to leave spa-zone immediately after 19.00. The dinners were delicious, and selection of wines was also great. Otherwise SPA-zone was very nice aswell. -
I liked the general friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff, and the thought given to the facilities provided.

The staff were competent as would be expected but their warmth and towards guests and their sense of pride in the hotel really stood out. The food was consistently excellent. The spa facilities were very welcome after skiing. The arrangement of skis (brought to and fetched from the hotel) with passes at the hotel was also convenient.
