When booking I asked for a nice room as it was our anniversary. We weren't disappointed. They gave us a beautifully furnished, spacious room with a love sitting area and the staff had left a little bottle of Sekt and two flutes on the table with a note wishing us many happy returns. Our apartment was huge. Too
big perhaps:-) The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away from Figlmuller, the best wiener schnitzel in the world, and 100 meters from Stefanplatz. Everything was great except there was no privacy in the bathroom as the wall/door separating the bath, toilet and shower was glass. It's also tricky when you have more than a couple staying as you have to go through the only bedroom to go to the bathroom. But that's minor.

Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
