  This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. We had a gorgeous room with a view over the park. The staff were kind and friendly. Will definately return to this hotel - I liked the room, very large and comfortable. I also appreciated the free internet use in the business center.

Their manner of taking careof guests is superb. As a "fussy" traveller, I highly recommend thishotel for their first class service. It is not too much nor too little.It is amazing to know that we were taken care in every little way andstill feel it when we think back.

  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   Breakfast was first class ,room decor great, staff very courteous - Location of hotel excellent - at end of Judengasse near Mozartplatz in the Old City. The Deluxe Room was really a suite, well furnished and quite comfortable with many coneniences.
