there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

We liked of everything very much. The hotel is located on a nice small street in the center, five minutes to St. Stephane. Design is very lovely and made with attention to details. I enjoyed every minute staying in Chez Cliche! The interior is even more interesting then at the pictures, the design is on all details, the distantion is wonderful! Its in the heart of Vienna, near all tourist places, a lot of bars, caffes and shops are nearby. The apartments had everything I need, I enjoyed Vienna and didn't think of anything else. Thanks very much to the Dasha and Alexander, they were really friendly and helpful !!!

The apartment is placed in central location and it is spacious and comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. Central heating, well equipped kitchen, flat TV, WiFi, remote controlled blinds, big bathroom all in mirrors, roomy wardrobe and everything else you need to feel cozy. Staff is helpful, friendly and English speaking. I recommend it.

We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. Everything was excellent. If you want to have both museums and good shopping nearby hotel Beethoven is proper choice. The Museum of Art History is of the world importance, Hofburg, Stephandom and Museum Quarter- 10 min., Karskirhe (concerts, in august the theaters on holidays), Secession, Akademy of fine Arts Gallery - 3 min. Theater an der Wiene and Opera are quite near. The Hotel offers excellent breakfasts, koffee and tea in the room (our was 503) - free, concerts on Sundays with shampaigne
