Very friendly staff and extremely helpful, I left a piece of motorcycle clothing in my room, when I phoned Christof at the hotel he was a great help. The item was packed and shipped to my home in the UK, nothing was a problem, Thank You Christof. Regards Barry McAllister. The Nussbaumhof was great.
