  Everything is perfectly clean. There is even no cobwebs on the carport, what is very unusual for Townsville. Perfect attention to detail regarding cleaning. Nothing fancy equipped, but beds very comfortable and kitchen with all necessities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommend to all. - The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble from booking my skydive for me to charging my phone when my charger broke. Tabitha and Steve were such lovely people, I wish I had more time there. The apartment was immaculate and really comfortable and there was a lovely pool. It was also in a nice, quiet location very close to the Strand.

Meals were Great and always served on time. Nothing was too much trouble.   The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was in a beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the river. About 10 mins drive to Townsville but if you don't want to drive after a long journey there plenty off restaurants within a short walk . The staff were very helpful, excellent value for money.   We booked 2 apartments for our family, young adlts in one apartment and adults with small children in the other. We were placed next door to each other which made it fantastically easy to go from one to the other.   Awesome people there.Felt so at home.Didnt bother us in any way. Helpful and friendly and gave us information on things we asked them about.And she let me stay in our room after checkout as my partner was moving all our belongings. - Friendly lady and gentleman in charge, easy to find, room was clean and comfortable and good value for money.

The location was excellent very close to fantastic restaurants and we had a fantastic view from our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Having the small kitchen was very good. When we booked, we booked the studio, but it was so small that we couldn't even put our 2 suitcases in.
