The room and guesthouse were luxurious and the location superb. Shane was extremely accommodating, the atmosphere was relaxing and sophisticated. Our room had a spa bath and balcony, robes and breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice were included. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in Melbourne.

This is our third visit, Michael and Russell do a wonderful job. The rooms are very comfortable, and very well appointed. Breakfast, as well as being delicious, with plenty of choice and flexibility, are fun as you meet other guests and it almost feels like a dinner party at breakfast. Michael was the absolute best host and gives the best tips about attractions and eateries in the area. Russell makes excellent food and his blueberry pancakes are to die for! Overall, the property was beautiful and has some very pretty landscaping, and the hosts were very warm, helpful and prompt with service. We felt pampered and welcomed! We loved our stay in Daylesford and Balconies was a big part of it. :)
