  The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min walk. The staff were friendly and obliging. This is a great spot to explore from. We enjoyed being almost across the road from Rom - The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

  My room is 306, the room is clean, tidy and pretty quiet too. I like it very much! The reception ladies are friendly and helpful. But only one person to serve in the evening time seems under pressure.   A lovely place to stay. Excellent and very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, great location and well cared for facilities. We enjoyed our stay immensely. My friend liked it so much that she has been staying there as a home away from home.
