The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had
the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa
Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min
walk. Being right in the cbd was great and we enjoyed our evening views
over the street. Being on the 9th floor meant we were far enough aw

The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

My room is 306, the room is clean, tidy and pretty quiet too. I like it very much!
The reception ladies are friendly and helpful. But only one person to serve in the evening time seems under pressure. The location of YHA also very convenience to reach the market and airport too! -

A lovely place to stay. Excellent and very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities, great location and well cared for facilities. We enjoyed our stay immensely. My friend liked it so much that she has been staying there as a home away from home. I will definitely stay again when I am able. -

Best backpackers I've ever stayed in! Staff are outstanding, the
place is so clean, beds are good and rooms are decent size, they have a
nice balcony area which you can relax or socialise in, good kitchen and

The manager is very friendly. I booked weeks ahead not realizing i had to check in on good friday. When I arrived at 10pm, the manager still answered the phone and opened the door to let me check in. And he drove me to the airport for free at 7am the next morning!
