Position was ideal for our visit to Grafton. Usually stay in The Abby just up the road but would not go past this motel when in Grafton next time. Staff were friendly and helpful;room was comfortable , clean and was all I could ask for. I've stayed (and paid considerably more) in much worse places than this - would stay again. -

The motel is located right by the old highway, thus easy to reach, and nicely nowadays not very noisy when the new bypass takes through traffic past Ballina.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Location is fantastic, only a few minutes' walk to Echo Point and the spectacular view of the Three Sisters. The only staff I saw was host and he was excellent, very helpful, cooked great breakfast. He provided cable for internet quickly as I was due in a webinar on arrival. He was very eager to assist in any way. Could have had more power points in room. Host so eager to please when informed he said he'd provide power board in room for future.

The hotel was in easy walking distance of the Three Sisters which was ideal as car parking charges there can be quite expensive. An ideal location for exploring the Blue mountains. We were there when the forest fires were raging but everything was under control. There were many fire fighters staying at the hotel and loads of fire trucks parked around the streets so we felt quite safe. Added to the excitement really.
