I had read the reviews after I had made my booking. I probably would never had booked after reading shoddy reviews.
Well, was I pleasantly suprised!
I stayed with my 15 year old daughter, and were on the 12th floor.
This place ticks all the boxes.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hair drier wasn't working in my room - house keeping replaced it straight away.

The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. Central Station is very near which means one can hear the trains sounding

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

Arrived Saturday afternoon so as to attend an even Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location, the apartment is spacious and has everything you might need, it is not super luxurious but is perfect for a city trip. Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. With a small store around the corner, we were able to buy a bus pass of 10 tickets and that reduced the cab fare hugely. There are some nice little rest

The rooms at the Meriton Bondi Junction were very spacious and luxurious. I stayed one night with a friend and we came to Bondi to do some shopping at the Westfield and it was very convenient to go to the shopping centre from the apartments. Coogee has great access to cafes and casual eating outlets. Beach was just a wander down through these cafes to the beach. The whole areas atmosphere was very casual and beachie' We'd definitely stay at Coogee and Adina Apartments again and have already recommended Adina to intended Sydney visitors going to Sydney in the next few months

Very helpful staff. The location with access to the beach was a great surprise and we loved sitting in the garden bar with beach views. The whole set up with rainforesty walks to get around made for a really great atmosphere/ambiance. The meal we had on site was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Everything is in the reach of a 20-min walk. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and gave us thorough instructions of where to go, how to go, where to eat and shop and so on. The apartment itself was very comfy and clean, the building has a heating pool and even a sauna, which we used several times. The area seemed safe, there are lots of eating places and shops nearby. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.
