All the features of the motel, from furnishings to the site we stayed in and the excellent staff. I will be recommending The Grand Mercure Hills Lodge to everyone I know who are planning to stay in Sydney and I intend to make it one of my first stops next time I visit Sydney. The décor in the hotel grounds were exquisite. The restaurant, the bar, the outdoor seating ,spa treatment even to the pool and sauna were wonderful! The staff were very engaging . Highly recommend staying here! A+++

We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. We stayed only for one night and I loved my stay there. The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is close to everywhere. The view from the hotel was great. Breakfast was also fantastic and had a good selection. Hotel Staff was excellent and very helpful.

The location was fantastic, the staff recommended a little restaurant called The Letterbox Restaurant which was amazing. We are going back to stay in Terrigal at the Crown plaza again just to go to The Letterbox Restaurant for dinner.

Enjoyed the proximity to the sea and the spaciousness and the cleanliness of studio apartment 306. A well-thought out kitchen area, a walk-in shower and the Occitane toiletries were all very much appreciated. -

The park was small and quiet. The location was perfect, right on the beach front. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. -

we liked the off the street parking and very central to the shops and clubs. also we both have bad backs and we were put on the ground floor for this reason, so we didn't have to lug cases up the stairs. thankyou -

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable Nd well furnished. The gym was great good air conditioning and spacious and. Reasonable well equipped. The pool was vary good, modern clean and functional and nice and warm on a cool morning.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

Loved the lay-out and the proximity of everything. We had privacy but not far to walk to any of the pools or the bar/restaurant.
The receptionist on a Friday night / Saturday (not sure of her name but she has 3 young sons) - she was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and a real delight to deal with.
