  Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

  Richard & myself were impressed with the presentation of all the staff. They were always friendly and courteous with a smile on their face. The two young porters or concierges went out of their way to look after us, even suggesting places to see and dine at outside the resort. Our special thanks go to Nick and Vincent in the dining room.
