Apartments, have all the answers on location. They generally meet the
standards and requirements for comfortable stays. Two Bathrooms and
WC's is a must for sharing people. Nice and clean, roomy, good
quality working Kitchen utilities, and very secure. Would stay here
again only if the price represented better than most for value, as
explained by my red comments.

The apartment was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, quite spacious one with large windows overlooking the surrounding area. Laundry facilities were incorporated into the main bathroom. There was a heated swimming pool & small gym in the apartment building. The building also has a number of lifts. -

I have already sent a message to the property but I will also express my thanks here We had to cut our stay short by one night due to my brother dying and the property very kindly agreed to refund the last nights fee which we were very grateful for I will be recommending them to all our friends and will be staying there again ourselves

It's was close to all, the unit was quiet and in a good location, the unit had all we needed. Staff were friendly. The gym was A one and the pool was great to unwind after all the walking. I have recommended this shortstay to F & R had a wonderful time, oh and you had food works and bottleshop right next door also very handy.

Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

luxurious apartment! I booked three 2 bedrooms apartment for a big family of 7 adults and 5 kids. apartments were all clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Ktichenette was very well quiped and suited the family needs to make a decent meal after a long day out.

The staff were wonderful - we had an issue with the fridge not working
and we were moved straight away. The parking was great, the location was
excellent with kids as it was walking distance to the botanic gardens
and there was a small kids playground 2 minutes down the road. The kids
also loved the pool and the space in the unit was good for young kids

Great central location with great access to trams and short walk to the central City. Pool and gym area are a hidden treasure!! Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. My girls loved the pancake machine!! The Executive one bedroom apartment was great - 709. Spacious with a decent kitchen. The bathroom was very large - very suitable for someone with a disability. There bed was comfortable. the apartment was clean and tidy. The room looked at the Art Centre spire which looked great lit up at night. -

The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

This was our second stay at the Grand Hotel Melbourne and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff are always very friendly and eager to help were possible. All the rooms are very spacious and clean with the most amazingly comfortable beds. We were also touched that the staff had given us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival! -

Easy walking distance to the city and short taxi ride to our conference.
Pleasant, clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The receptionist was
reassuring and helpful when it appeared there was no record of our
booking. Very good price. -
Stayed there twice and Douglas on reception was extremely helpful and the best receptionist I have had anywhere.

The staff were fantastic. We had to leave luggage as we arrived early. This included a large box not heavy but cumbersome. When we returned at check in time we received a bottle of wine and help with our belongings to the 41st floor with fantastic views. Spacious apartments with all amenities.
